For sign-in trouble, account deletion help, or email changes, contact support with the email address on your account.
Records and uploads
For upload or record questions, include the device model, app version, and a brief description of what happened. Do not email sensitive medical documents unless support asks for them.
Care-pass links
If you shared the wrong link or no longer need a care pass, revoke it from the app. Contact support if a link is not behaving as expected.
Privacy
You can delete your account in Settings. For privacy questions, data requests, or help with deletion, email support.
