Privacy Policy
Paw Paperwork helps you organize pet care information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can manage your data.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password hash, and session token.
- Pet care information you choose to save, including pet profiles, vet contacts, medications, allergies, reminders, records, uploaded documents, and care-pass links.
- Support messages you send us, including your email address and any details you include in the message.
How we use information
- To create and manage your Paw Paperwork account.
- To store and show your pet profiles, records, reminders, uploads, and care-pass links.
- To help you share selected pet information with vets, sitters, family, or other people you choose.
- To provide support, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Care-pass links are created only when you choose to create them. Anyone with an active care-pass link can view the shared pet summary until the link expires or is revoked.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of Paw Paperwork.
Storage and security
- We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account data, pet records, and uploads.
- No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and revoke care-pass links you no longer need.
- Uploaded documents may contain sensitive pet, owner, clinic, or insurance information. Only upload files you are comfortable storing in Paw Paperwork.
Your choices
- You can sign out at any time from Settings.
- You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your account, pet profiles, records, reminders, uploaded document records, and share links from the app backend.
- You can contact support to ask privacy questions or request help with your account.
